At Evison Care Consultancy Ltd, we aim to provide a high standard of service. We understand that circumstances may change, and this policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled.

  • Free initial consultations (if offered) are not eligible for refunds, as no payment is taken.

  • Paid consultations may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, and a full refund will be provided.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be charged in full at our discretion.

  • Once a written agreement is signed and work has commenced, fees are generally non-refundable.

  • If you wish to end a consultancy agreement early, refunds (if any) will be considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the work completed.

  • If you fail to attend a scheduled consultation without notice, the fee will not be refunded.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services if unforeseen circumstances arise (e.g., illness, emergencies).

  • In such cases, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule.

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 working days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
